摘　　要：技术创新网络中企业间关系的不稳定严重削弱创新输出。本文研究技术创新网络惯例不同维度通过信任对关系稳定的影响,并利用逐步多元回归分析法对290家样本企业的调查数据进行实证检验。研究结论表明:技术创新网络中,合作创新行为默契正向影响关系稳定,适度的创新网络规范共识促进了企业间的关系稳定;合作创新行为默契有利于情感信任的提高,创新网络规范共识有利于信任水平的提高;信任在技术创新网络惯例与关系稳定中起到部分中介作用。Unstable relationship between enterprises in technological innovation network weakened severely the innovation output. This paper studies the impact of different dimensions of technological innovation network routines on the enterprise relationship stability. The results of a multiple regression analysis of 290 domestic enterprises show that in the technological innovation net- works, cooperative innovation behavior agreement has a positive impact on the relationship stability and moderate innovation net- work specification consensus promotes the relationship stability. Cooperative innovation behavior agreement improves affective trust. Innovation network specification consensus improves the level of affective trust and capability trust. Affective trust and ca- pability trust play an intermediary role in the relationship between network routines and relationship stability separately.
