摘　　要：学习环境对英语教学质量起着决定性作用。在总结回顾已有学习环境理论基础之上,本文基于教育生态学中的生态给养理论,提出构建学习环境的根本目标应在准确把握学习者学习需求的前提下,创设与学习者学习效能相匹配的能够使学习者有效转化为积极给养的学习环境,在此基础上提出了"生态给养"视域下大学英语学习环境的具体设计目标与原则,以使学习者能够感知并解读给养丰富的学习环境,从而提高英语教学质量。The learning environment plays a decisive role in the quality of English teaching. Based on the review of the exist- ing learning environment theory and using the affordance theory in educational ecology, this paper proposes that the fundamen- tal goal of constructing the learning environment should match the learners＇ learning effectiveness and make the learners effec- tively transform into the positive affordances under the premise of accurately grasping learners＇ learning needs. This paper then puts forward the specific design goals and principles of the college English learning environment from the perspective of affor- dance, aiming to enable the learners to perceive and interpret the affordance-rich learning environment and promote the quality of English teaching.
