高等教育自学考试公共课英语考试的改革与评价

摘　　要：为实现培养学习者英语综合语言运用能力的目标,自学考试公共课英语考试大纲于2012年对考试内容与题型进行了改革。本文回顾了自学考试公共课英语考试的设计与改革,并以自学考试公共课英语(二)考试为例,对近4年自学考试公共课英语考试质量及考生成绩进行了分析,并就考试改革对英语学习和助学的反拨作用进行了评价。In order to achieve the goal of cultivating NSTHEE learners＇ comprehensive English ability, comprehensive reform has been carried out on the examination content and task design of the NSTHEE English tests since 2012. This article reviews the NSTHEE English test reform, analyzes the quality of the NSTHEE English tests and the performances of candidates based on English Test II data in recent years, and explores the washback of the examination reform on English learning and teaching. In general, English Test II of NSTHEE is well received by teachers and students, meets the requirements of educational measurement, and is scientific, standardized and fair. The reform aimed at cultivating learners＇ comprehensive language ability has played a substantial role in selecting and cultivating NSTHEE students and English talents.
