摘　　要：创业型大学建设对创新型国家建设和我国高等教育改革具有重要影响。教师转型是大学组织转型建设的关键因素。通过深度访谈,运用扎根理论探究影响创业型大学教师转型行为的深层次因素,结果发现,转型心理意识、个体实施成本、群体参照规范、政策组织情境对教师转型行为存在显著影响,但影响方式和路径并不一致。在此基础上,建构出创业型大学教师转型行为的"意识—情境—行为"理论模型并提出针对性的政策思路和推进路径。The development of entrepreneurial universities is of vital importance on the construction of innovative country and the reform of advanced education in China. Teachers＂ transformation plays a key role in the organizational transformation of universities. Through in-depth interviews, the essential factors influencing the behavior of university teachers＂ transformation have been dug out on the basis of ground theory. The result shows that the psychological awareness, individual cost, group norms and the organizational context have positive influence on teachers＂ transformation behavior, but the influence varies in different ways. On the basis of the findings, a model theory of awareness-context-behavior is constructed to explain the behavior of university teachers＂ transformation, and targeted policies and promotion paths are put forward.
