摘  要:工业4.0时代的到来,对人的知识和能力提出了全新的要求,重新审视知识和能力的关系,对职业教育的课程目标进行研究,有利于使职业教育明确课程方向,培养出符合时代需求的技术人才。关于知识与能力的讨论,在"形式教育"与"实质教育"之争中屡被提及,基于对知识和能力的分析与探讨,职业教育应在完善学生基础知识之上,实现专业能力系统化、通用能力普及化、职业能力综合化的课程目标。The era of "Industry 4.0" makes a new request for human knowledge and ability. Re-examining the relationship between knowledge and ability and studying the vocational education curriculum objectives are beneficial to clearing the direction of vocational education c,rriculum and cultivating the technicians who meet the demands of the era. The discussion of knowledge and ability is mentioned in the dispute of "Formal Education" and "Substantive Education". In view of the analysis of knowledge and ability, it can be concluded that vocational education curriculum should be aimed at the systematization of professional ability, the popularization of general ability and the integration of vocational ability based on improving the basic knowledge of students.
