摘　　要：优秀企业的成长、发展、壮大,与其优秀的"企业文化"建设不无关系。任何企业都是有文化的,不存在没有文化的组织,只有不同文化的组织。但企业文化不是冠冕堂皇的自我标榜,也不是墙上贴满的标语;企业文化是企业自身经历的产物。企业文化是由一段历史、一段经历塑造的。所以说,"许多许多历史才可以培养一点点传统,许多许多传统才可以培养一点点文化。"An excellent enterprise, its growth, development and expending must be strongly influenced by its excellent enterprise culture building Every enterprise has its own culture, no-culture organization is not exist, it is only various. However, enterprise culture is not just fame or slogans on the wall; it is the result of enterprise＇s own experience. Enterprise culture is built by a piece of history or a part of experience. The truth is lots and lots of history could build a little tradition, and lots and lots of tradition build a little bit culture.
