摘  要:目的探索可推广的公立医院体外诊断试剂绩效评价体系。方法通过江苏省人民医院从体外诊断试剂绩效信息化管理、绩效关键指标体系构建等方面的实践,探讨公立医院体外诊断试剂绩效评价持续改进的方法。结果建立体外诊断试剂全流程的绩效管理模式,对试剂供应链和成本-绩效进行评估,利用关键指标建立绩效评价体系。结论加强体外诊断试剂绩效管理,能够进一步提升医院试剂管理的整体运行效率,提升公立医院体外诊断试剂的精细化管理水平。This Article explored the information management system of in vitro diagnostic reagents for public hospitals. Methods Through the practice of Jiangsu Province Hospital from the aspects of in vitro diagnostic reagent performance information management and key performance indicator system, this paper discussed the continuous improvement of performance evaluation of in vitro diagnostic reagents in public hospitals. Results The performance management model of in vitro diagnostic reagents was established, the cost and performance of reagent supply chain were evaluated, and the performance evaluation system was established with key performance indicators. Conclusion Strengthening the performance management of in vitro diagnostic reagents can improve the overall operation efficiency of hospital reagent management and improve the fine management level of in vitro diagnostic reagents in public hospitals.
