摘 要:男女两性存在着不容忽视的差异,正视两性间客观存在的差异,按照教育的目标和理想的、具体的健康人格标准主动塑造每一个个体健康完整的性别心理特征并不意味着陷入了生物决定论,也不意味着否定了男女平等的基本国策,更不是封建教育的回流。相反,只有重视因性施教的当代范式——性别敏感范式才能实现教育起点、过程、结果三个层面的公平。The fact that there is a difference between men and women cannot be ignored.To face the objective existence of differences between sexes,according to the educational goals and the ideal and specific healthy personality standards,educators should actively shape healthy and complete gender psychological characteristics of each individual.It does not mean falling into the biological determinism,nor denying the basic national policy of equality between men and women or returning to feudal education.On the contrary,only by attaching importance to the contemporary paradigm of gender-based teachinggender sensitive paradigm,can we achieve the fairness of three levels of education starting point,process and results.
