基于工作过程的医院药学方向课程体系的构建

摘　　要：为了突出职业院校的职业特点,实现零距离上岗,构建基于工作过程的课程体系是职业教育的关键和核心问题。以医院药学岗位工作任务、工作过程分析为前提,确定医院药学岗位群;以岗位目标为基础,找准人才培养定位;以岗位核心能力要求为依据,确定核心教学内容;以岗位工作任务为载体,以工作过程为核心,将教学内容与工作任务进行高度整合;通过行动领域归纳,构建基于工作过程的以职业能力和岗位技能为核心的学习领域核心专业课程体系,以满足应医院药学方向行业需求发展。Building a curriculum system based on working process is the key and core issue of vocational education in order to highlight the professional characteristics of vocational colleges and achieve zero distance posts. On the premise of hospital pharmacy post job and working process analysis, the post group of hospital pharmacy was determined. On the basis of post objective, the orientation of talent training was found out. On the basis of the core competence requirements, the core teaching contents are confirmed. Taking the job assignment as the carrier and the working process as the core, the teaching contents and tasks are highly integrated. Through the induction of action domain, the core professional curriculum system in the learning field based on working ability and job skills is constructed to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry in the hospital.
