摘　　要：随着医学事业的高速发展,实验室检查无论对中医、中西医结合、西医专业的临床诊断及预后评估都起到了关键作用。本课程建设给医学专业的毕业生在实验诊断环节的强化训练提供了良好途径。通过在医学院"临床技能培训"中增设实验诊断的教学内容,对实验诊断的基础理论、拓展项目、临床应用三方面内容进行教学。形式上采取学生自主学习、"微课"及PBL的教学的模式,以锻炼学生的个人综合能力,引导实习生合理应用现有的实验室检测项目辅助临床疾病的诊断,以提高学生独立思考和病例分析的能力。With the rapid development of medical science, laboratory examination has played a key role in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Therefore, it is very important for the clinical graduates to analyze the information of laboratory report. This course provides a good way for medical graduates to strengthen training in the experimental diagnosis. Our teaching content includes basic theory, new test item and clinical application. Our teaching methods include self-study, ＂ micro class＂ and PBL. After the training for one year, we guided the interns to diagnose the disease independently so that they will be qualified for clinical work in future.
