摘 要:当前,高职院校人才培养质量与国家大力发展现代职业教育的要求还相差较大,内部质量保障体系及教师教学约束与激励机制还不健全,存在着教师重科研、轻教学、教学积极性不高、教学本位偏离、质量意识不强、参与教改动力不足的现象;教师教学质量还未直接影响到教师教学评价和教学岗位能力考核。亟须结合国家大力发展高职教育和高职院校内部质量保证体系建设要求,研究建立教师教学约束与激励机制,约束规范教师的教学行为,引导激励教师致力于教育教学改革,促进有效课堂建设及人才培养质量持续提升。文中将分析高职院校教师教学约束与激励机制研究意义、研究现状、研究内容及途径。At present, the quality of higher vocational education and the requirements of the country to develop the modem vocational education also comparatively large difference, internal quality assurance system and teachers'teaching constraints and incentive mechanism is not perfect, there is a scientific research, teaching, teaching enthusiasm is not high, standard deviation, quality consciousness is not strong, participate in the educational reform underpowered phenomenon; The teach- ing quality of teachers has not directly affected the evaluation of teachers" teaching evaluation and teaching post ability. Needs to be combined with country developing higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges to internal quality assurance system requirements, develop teachers'teaching constraints and incentive mechanism, constraint standard teach- ers'teaching behavior, lead motivate teachers committed to the education teaching reform, promote effective classroom con- struction and talent training quality continues to improve. This paper analyzes the significance, research status, contents and approaches of teaching restraint and incentive mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
