摘 要:CIPP模式是一种集背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和成果评价为一体的全过程课程评价模式。通过构建二级评价指标体系,选择测量学,土地资源调查与评价,不动产估价三门课程作为样本,采用问卷调查的方式,利用CIPP模型分析土地资源管理专业实践教学在背景、投入、过程、成果四个方面得分情况。通过对二级指标的分析,发现池州学院土地资源管理实践教学存在实践教学观念不清晰,实践教学监管和考核不力等问题。为此,文章提出广泛开展课内实践教学、加强实践教学监管考核、实行量化考核方式等对策建议。CIPP model is a whole course evaluation model, which consists of four evaluation methods: back-ground evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and result evaluation. Firstly, in this paper the construc-tion of two level evaluation index systemwas conducted, and three courses—Surveying, Land Resource Surveyand Evaluation, and Appraisal Of Real Estate—were selected as samples. The scores of four aspects includingbackground, input, process and achievement of practical teaching of land resource management specialty wereanalyzed with questionnaire survey and CIPP model. Then, unclear practice teaching concept, unfavorable prac-tice teaching supervision and assessment and other issues were found on the practice teaching of land resourcemanagement specialty of Chizhou College through the analysis of two level index. In the end, this paper put for-ward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as publicizing the in-class practice teaching, strengtheningthe supervision of practical teaching supervision, and implementing quantitative assessment methods.
