摘  要:当前民族地区乡村教师培训不能"按需施训","按需施训"是有效提高民族地区乡村教师培训质量和效益的有效实践策略,要深入了解和激发参训者"我要培训"的内在需求,针对需求设计培训项目,选择的培训内容和师资的配备要紧扣培训需求,在培训中促进资源共享与互动满足培训需求,加强管理和评价保障培训需求实现。In ethnic areas, the current situation of training for rural teachers is lacking of training based on needs, which is regarded as the effective strategy to improve the quality and benefit of rural teachers' training. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and stimulate the inner needs of trainees, and design the training plan based on the needs. Furthermore, training contents and teachers should be related to the training needs; resource sharing should be satisfied with the needs; management and e- valuating guarantee should be enhanced in order to satisfy with the training needs.
