摘　　要：归纳SOAP（Subjective,Objective,Assessment,Plan）在医学领域的应用,发现其在中医内科学见习课程中的问题,探讨 SOAP 在中医内科教学实践中的意义与价值.通过总结文献发现问题,在中医内科见习课程中具体应用SOAP,最后师生讨论.结果表明,SOAP被广泛应用于医学领域的各个方面,其在中医内科见习课程中仍存在一些问题.可见在中医内科学见习课程中,使用 SOAP 模式进行教学与评估具有重要的实践意义与价值,它是强调以岗位胜任力为导向的实践教学,值得推广.Summarize the application of SOAP in the medical field and find out its problems in the course of traditional Chinese medicine, to explore the significance and value of SOAP in teaching practice in TCM. Organize relevant literature and discuss the application of SOAP in the course of Chinese medicine. SOAP is widely used in various aspects of medicine, and there are still some problems in the course of TCM. The use of SOAP model for teaching and assessment has important practical significance and value in the course of Chinese medicine internal medicine practice, and SOAP emphasize the practice of the post competence oriented teaching, which is worth promoting.
