摘　　要：随着融合教育优先原则在我国特殊教育的确立和迅速发展,特殊教育学校的转型发展成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。特殊教育学校转型可以通过综合发展、功能拓展、实体连锁等路径,通过开展早期干预、教康整合、职业教育与康复、送教上门等服务直接为特殊儿童提供教学;通过开展特殊儿童诊断评估、课程开发、整合相关服务资源、教师专业发展、转衔服务和家庭增能等成为融合教育的专业伙伴,从而切实履行法律所赋予的区域特殊教育发展骨干责任。With the priority of inclusive education becoming the principle of special education of China, the transformation of special education schools become an urgent issue. By comprehensive development, expanding functions and chain classes or resource classroom, the special education schools may become a partner with inclusive education and undertake the due obligations of the mainstay of regional special education conferred by law and policy, by diagnosis and assessment, early intervention, integrating instruction with rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, instruction at home, universal curriculum development, integration of relevant services, development of teacher＇ s profession, transition service and family empowering.
