摘　　要：高职生手机依赖的心理因素包括认知的需要、缓解情绪的需要和归属的需要。学校应以认知行为理论为基础,从认知、情绪、行为等方面对高职生手机依赖进行干预。The psychological factors of mobile phone dependence of higher vocational college students lie in the needs of cognition,mood relief and belonging. College should intervene mobile phone dependence of Higher Vocational college students based on cognition,mood and behavior.
