摘 要:"教育"与"伦理"具有密不可分的内在联系,伦理道德是一切教育活动的价值基础。教育利益是教育伦理道德的物质基础。教育劳动的特点决定教育伦理道德的特殊重要性。教育伦理学是研究教育活动中道德问题的新兴学科。从教育伦理学研究的不同层次看,它可以分为宏观、中观和微观三个层面。其研究范围包括教育的伦理价值和道德导向研究、教师职业伦理研究、教学伦理研究、教育管理伦理研究、教育特殊领域伦理研究、教育人格与教师美德研究。建构有中国特色的教育伦理学理论具有重大的现实意义。"Education" is closely connected with "ethics", for ethics is the value basis of all educational activities and educational interests are the material basis of educational ethics and morality. The characteristics of educational practices determine the particular importance of educational ethics, which is a new subject that studies the moral issues in educa- tional activities. According to the scope of research on educational ethics, there are macro, mezzo and micro levels. The studies mainly focus on ethical values and moral orientation of education, professional ethics for teachers, ethics of teach- ing, ethics of school administration, ethics of special education as well as teaching character and virtues. Therefore, it is of great practical importance to construct basic theories for educational ethics with Chinese characteristics.
