摘 要:文章介绍了日本特别支援教育的定义及发展情况,并从国家政策、国家立项与实践应用两个方面对日本特别支援教育信息化建设进行了分析。文章指出,日本自2009年起,便通过各类政策及文件逐步推进特别支援教育信息化建设,并规定了教育各阶段的教学内容;同时,通过国家级项目开展教育实践,在信息技术应用方面取得了诸多成效。最后,文章对比了中日在国家政策、教学资源开发与标准化建设、师资培养与课程设置等方面的异同,并借鉴日本经验提出建议,以期为发展我国特殊教育、进行特殊教育信息化建设提供参考。This paper introduced concepts and development situations of the special needs education in Japan, and further analyzed the informatization construction of the special needs education in Japan from the aspects of the national policy, national project and practical application. This paper pointed out that the informatization construction of the special needs education in Japan was gradually promoted through various policies and documents since 2009, the teaching content at all education stages was also stipulated. At the same time, many great results were achieved in the application of information technology through the educational practice of national projects. In addition, by comparing the similarities and differences of the national policies, teaching resources development and standardization construction,teacher cultivation, curriculum provision between China and Japan, and referring to Japanese experience, some suggestions were put forward, in order to provide reference for the development and informatization construction of the special education in our country.
