摘  要:作为一个多民族国家,民族特殊教育的发展制约着我国基础教育的进步。通过了解美国多元文化的特殊教育的法律保障、有种族背景的特殊学生的受教育情况和多元文化在师资培养中的体现,探索美国多元文化特殊教育的特点,为解决我国民族特殊教育诸多问题提供借鉴。为提高我国义务教育阶段特殊教育的质量,开展少数民族特殊学生的人口学数据统计,提高特殊儿童诊断与评估的质量,在特殊教育师资培养中吸收少数民族学生、开设多元文化相关课程,强化师范生以多元文化和融合的视角理解、设计和实施课程的能力。As a multinational country with 55 minorities,the development of fundamental education in China is restricted by the dilemma of minority special education.Through reviewing legal guarantee of special education in America against the backdrop of multiculturalism,education level of special students with minority background and multiculturalism in faculty cultivation as well as exploring its characteristics,lessons could be drew to solve problems facing China's special education,Which include improving the quality of special education in compulsory education period,conducting statistics relating to the enrollment of special students with minority background;enhancing assessment and evaluation on special children;attracting minority students in the cultivation of special education faculty;opening diverse relevant courses and strengthening normal students'ability to apprehend,design and implement such curriculum based on multiculturalism.
