摘  要:高等职业教育生源近年发生了很大变化,各高职院校为了应对这一变化,积极推动公共英语分级或分层教学改革。在实际教学过程中发现的问题主要表现在分级指导原则滞后、分级措施缺乏科学性、考核评价体系不完善、组织教管难度大、总体教学目标难以实现等几个方面。要应对这些问题,必须加快顶层设计改革,推动相关指导文件的修订,提升学生学习主动权,完善评价体系,重视考核过程,不断提高人才培养质量。Great changes have taken place in students of higher vocational colleges in recent years. To cope with these changes, the colleges actively promote public graded or hierarchical English teaching reform. In the teaching process there are mainly such problems as the graded guiding principle in backward status, the lack of scientific nature in graded measures, the imperfect evaluation system, difficulty in teaching and management and difficulty in achieving the teaching goals and other aspects. In order to deal with these problems, the reform of the top-level design shall be accelerated, the revision of relevant guidance documents shall be promoted, students' learning initiative and the evaluation system shall be improved, the appraisal system shall be emphasized and the quality of talents training shall be heightened.
