教师职业化成长视角下教师教学能力提升的研究

摘　　要：教师职业是教师从事高度专业化、素质化、职业化的教育教学活动。研究表明,教师教学能力镶嵌于教师职业素质体系中,属于教师职业能力素质的核心能力。教师职业化成长与教师教学能力提升之间存在内在关联,是教师自我发展和职业价值实现的重要方式,是持续提升教师教学能力的内在动力和有效途径。基于教师职业化成长,提出推行教师职业化培养,提高教师职业能力;适应教师职业生命周期,增强教师自我发展能力;培养教师扎实的教学技能,夯实教师职业基础等做法来提升教师教学能力。The teachers＇ profession is the highly specialized,quality oriented,professional teachingactivities engaged in by t eacher.The results show t hat the teachers＇ teaching ability is the core contentof teachers＇ professional competence which is embedded in the system of teachers＇ professionalquality.There is an inherent relationship between teachers＇ professional growth and the promotionof teachers＇ teaching ability.It is an important way to realize the teachers＇ self development andprofessional value,the effective way and powers to continuously improve the teachers＇ ability.Basedon teachers＇ professional growth,there are the countermeasures of promoting teachers＇ professionaldevelopment to improve teachers＇ professional ability,adapting to the teachers＇ professional life cycleto enhance the ability of self-development,cultivating teachers＇ teaching skills to furter strengthenthe foundation for teachers＇ career to improve teachers＇ teachi ng ability.
