摘  要:目前刘庄煤矿已建立了矿井综合信息化管理系统,用于对井下的通风、瓦斯、采掘、排水、提升等各个系统进行综合管理,在地面部分也建立了完善的企业流程管理、运输管理等系统,为生产经营发挥了重要的作用。但矿井的机车运输管理、配料运送管理却仍停留在人工管理阶段,生产效率低,安全隐患多,成为信息化建设的一个盲区,制约了煤矿的管理效率提升。为此,将原系统升级改造为电机车无人驾驶系统。重点介绍了系统特点、模式和基本功能。该系统改造取得了良好的使用效果。At present, Liuzhuang coal mine has established a mine integrated information management system for underground ventilation, gas, mining, drainage, lifting and other systems. In the ground part, complete enterprise process management and transportation management system were also established and played an important role for production and management. But the locomotive transportation management and batching transportation management in the mine still stay in the artificial management stage, low production efficiency and various security risk have become a blind spot of information construction, which restricting the management efficiency of the entire coal mine. To this end, the original system were upgraded to the pilotless driving system with motor vehicle. System features, patterns and basic functions were introduced. The upgraded system has achieved good results.
