摘 要:以玉米芯为研究对象,通过一系列单因素实验、正交试验和方差分析的方法,着重对低聚木糖转化工艺条件、低聚木糖脱色工艺条件和醇沉工艺条件进行了研究,研究结果表明:低聚木糖转化的最佳工艺条件为调整木聚糖溶液浓度为11%,调pH为5.5,加入木聚糖酶500 IU/g,在52℃条件下酶解8 h;低聚木糖脱色的最佳工艺条件为调整可溶性糖的含量为13%,加入35%的活性炭,30℃条件下处理40 min;通过控制不同乙醇浓度沉淀低聚木糖,得出无水乙醇醇沉效果最佳。在上述工艺条件下制备的低聚木糖产品中,XOS2-7含量达到72.5%,XOS2-4含量达到55.6%。In this paper,the corncob was used as the test material,and the conditions of xylooligosaccharide conversion,decoloration and alcohol precipitation were investigated based on a series of single-factor experiments,orthogonal tests and variance analysis.The results showed that the optimum processing condition of xylooligosaccharide conversion was 11% xylose solution,500 IU/g xylanase,pH 5.5 and enzymolysis for 8 h under 52℃.The optimum xylooligosaccharide decoloration condition was 13% soluble sugar content,35% activated carbon content and processing for 40 min under 30 ℃.Absolute ethyl alcohol was found that has the best precipitation effects by controlling the concentration of different ethanol concentration.Among the xylooligosaccharide products processed under the conditions above,the content of XOS2-7 reached 72.5% and XOS2-4 reached 55.6%.
