摘　　要：商务口译是典型的跨文化交际行为之一,在进行商务口译时立足于目的语国家的文化背景,了解其思维及沟通方式,掌握社会语言规则和语言文化,避免出现语言失误,会大大地提高商务口译的质量,并促使商务口译顺利进行。Business interpretation is one of the typical forms of cross-cultural communication acts. While engaging in business interpreta-tion, the interpreters should, on the basis of the cultural background knowledge of the target language, have a general understanding of itsways of thinking and communication. At the same time, mastering of social language and its rules is needed and language mistakes shouldbe avoided. By doing so, the business interpretation will be carried out smoothly and its quality will be improved dramatically.
