摘 要:中小学教师资格认定考试改革后师范生专业技能考核的要求进一步提高,如何加强师范生专业技能训练以适应考试改革的要求是师范生及师范生培养院校必须直面的首要问题。针对师范生培养中实践教学比重偏低、专业技能培养系统性欠缺等突出问题,要求各培养院校严格依据统一的教师资格认定标准,从人才培养方案优化、专业技能培养体系构建等多方面入手,多措并举,建立起以专业技能培养为核心的系统性师范生人才培养模式,切实保障师范生专业技能培养得以落实。The reform of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers has further improved the requirements for pro-fessional skills assessment of normal students. Therefore, how to strengthen the training of normal studentsJ professional skills in order to meet the requirements of the examination reform is the most important problem that the normal students and normal students must face. In view of the low proportion of practice teaching and the lack of systematic training of professional skills in normal college students, the training units shall strictly adhere to the unified standards for the accreditation of teachers, starting with the optimization of personnel training program and the con-struction of professional skills training system, take measures to establish a systematic training mode of normal students with the core of cultivat-ing professional skills so as to ensure the implementation of the teachersJ professional skills training.
