摘 要:鼻部肿瘤疾病需要转变以往的教育理念,选择科学的教学模式,锻炼医学生发现问题、思索问题、处理问题的能力。该院鼻部肿瘤疾病案例教学法临床带教的主要方法是带教老师在课前选出适合的病例,在讲解该节课内容之前,带教老师先描述病例,对选出的病例做细致的分析,提出病例之中相关的各种诊断问题、鉴别诊断方面的问题,所有同学都参与讨论,然后,逐步引导学生对鼻窦炎和鼻部囊肿以及肿瘤的正确鉴别进行思索,并要求在思索后讲出鉴别的关键点。病例教学法属于目前较为先进的带教法,教师应在充分考虑该节课的内容之后,挑出适合的、有代表性的病例,既能涉及该节关键的内容,又能调动学生的参与热情。只有这样,才能使鼻部肿瘤疾病案例教学法能更好的显现作用,从而为培养合格的临床医学打下坚实的基础。We should change the past educational notion, select the scientific teaching mode as well as training the capa-bilities of discovering, considering and dealing with problems in treatment of nasal tumor diseases. The major method of case teaching is that the teachers should select the proper cases, describe and make a detailed analysis of the selected cases before explaining the class, put forwards the various relevant diagnosis and differential diagnosis issues, and all students participated in the discussion, and then, the teachers should gradually guide the students to consider the accurate identifi-cation of sinusitis and nasal cysts and tumors and require students to explain the key points after consideration. The method is an advanced teaching method, and teachers should select the proper and representative cases after fully considering the class that can not only involve the key contents but also motivate the students’ participation enthusiasm. Only in these ways can the case teaching of nasal tumor diseases play a role thus laying solid foundation for culturing the qualified clinical medical students.
