摘 要:目前,液压系统被广泛运用在工业生产中,但是在其控制方法上,传统的PID控制不能满足控制精度及相应速度的需求,而滑模变结构控制在提升控制精度的同时又存在较大的抖振现象。故提出了一种滑模变结构控制与模糊控制相结合的控制方法。以阀控液压缸为例建立数学模型,设计模糊滑模控制器并通过Matlab/Simulink进行仿真。结果显示该方法相较于普通PID控制和传统滑模控制,能够实现快速、准确跟踪,有效抑制抖振且具有较强的鲁棒性,取得了较为满意的控制效果。At present,the hydraulic system is widely used in industrial production,but in terms of its control method,the traditional PID control can notmeet the needs of thereaction accuracy and speed. At the same time,the sliding mode variable structure control has a large chattering phenomenon while improving the control precision. Therefore,a newcontrol method combining sliding mode variable structure control and fuzzy control has been proposed. Establishing mathematical model of valve controlled hydraulic cylinder,designing the fuzzy sliding mode controller and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The result shows that compared to ordinary PID control and traditional sliding mode control,the proposed method can achieve faster and more accurate tracking,it can also suppress chatteringeffectively. The experimental results are satisfactory.
