信息化背景下五年制高职烹饪专业双语教学探析——以常州旅游商贸高职技校为例

摘　　要：面对旅游和餐饮业发展的新形势,常州旅游商贸高等职业技术学校以"心在线·旅有道·商无界"为办学理念,实施国际化、信息化的发展战略。五年制高职烹饪专业作为我校的品牌专业,用信息化手段进行双语教学是信息化、国际化发展战略的重要组成部分。通过对信息化背景下五年制高职烹饪专业双语教学的探析,提高了学生的语言应用能力,并贴合其应用英语的实际需求,培养出既有较好技能,又有一定外语基础的烹饪人才。Faced with the new situation of the tourism and catering industry,Changzhou Tourism College of Higher Vocational and Technical Education implemented the development strategy of internationalization. Five-year vocational cooking specialty is the school's brand,and bilingual means of information technology is an important part of information technology and international development strategy. Through the analysis of bilingual teaching of five-year vocational culinary specialty under the background of informationization,the students' ability of language application is improved and the practical needs of English application are met,so as to cultivate students with both good skills and certain foreign language fundamentals.
