摘 要:韩国自1990年实施新任教师公开选拔考试以来,历经三次大的变革,形成了当前较为完备的小学教师任用考试制度。韩国小学教师任用考试制度在考试内容的适切性、评价方式的妥当性和考试功能的多样性等方面取得一定成效的同时,也面临着一些难以破解的现实问题,韩国正在探索一系列的改革措施予以积极应对。韩国小学教师任用考试制度在小学教师的资格赋予与认定、考试的内容与评价方式以及发挥考试正确的导向功能等方面,足以促进我国小学教师资格赋予与考试制度的反观和思考。The teacher recruitment examination of South Korea has experienced three important changes since the implementation of it in 1990, thus, the current elementary school teacher recruitment examination system has been relatively completed. According to the analysis of the history, the current situation and the performance effects of the elementa- ry school teacher recruitment examination system in South Korea, it is found that some achievements have been obtained in the appropriateness of the examination content, the va- lidity of evaluation methods and the diversity of examination function. But at the same time, there has been some practical problems that are hard to solve, the South Korea government has been exploring the reform measures to actively respond to the problems. The interpreta- tion of the elementary school teacher recruitment examination system in South Korea pro- vides some valuable thinking and inspiration, which is advisable for the elementary school teacher qualification and examination system in China, such as elementary school teacher' s qualification and cognizance, content and evaluation methods of the examination, and how to exert a right guiding function of the examination, etc.
