摘　　要：互联网经济背景下,大数据将成为新一轮互联网发展的主旋律。通过对现有大数据背景下人力资源管理应用的相关文献进行分类整理,从技术应用视角、战略视角和HRIS三个视角进行分析,并对未来大数据在人力资源管理中的应用前景进行展望。In the era of the internet economy,big data will become the main theme in the new period of internet development..This paper sorted out many related literatures on human resource management application in the background of big data,and analyzed them from three perspectives: technical application,strategy and the HRIS,and then prospects the application of Big Data to human resource management in the future.
