摘 要:在一种道德思维的观照下,我国现行《教师职业道德规范》存在问题。教师职业道德规范建设需在一种伦理视域中,首先改变以往局限于理想道德期待的做法,加强职业的底线伦理建设;其次改变以往局限于抽象、笼统道德要求的做法,加强职业的专业伦理建设;最后进一步明确规范的主体及其性质定位,确实有效地发挥其对教师言行的自律性规范作用。Under a kind of "moral"thinking,there are some questions in the current Professional Moral Standard of Teacher. In the horizon of "ethic",the professional moral standard of teacher should be constructed. First,the former practice which were limited to some ideal moral expectation should be changed,and the construction of professional base-line ethic of teacher should be strengthened. Second,the former practice which were limited to some abstract and dim moral requirements should be changed,and the construction of professional ethics of teacher should be strengthened. Third,the subject of teacher 's moral standard and its property orientation should be further confirmed,so it can play an important role in teacher's self-discipline on their own words and deeds.
