高职学生“工匠精神”培育途径探析

摘　　要：高职教育肩负着培养高素质技术技能型人才的重任,必须注重学生"工匠精神"的培育。学校要将"工匠精神"融入教育教学过程中,加强素质教育,强化工匠意识;开展多彩校园活动,营造工匠文化氛围;抓好专业教育,培养工匠能力;参加实习实践,践行工匠精神,为"中国制造""中国品牌"培养更多精益求精的"中国工匠"。Higher vocational education shoulders the important task of training skilled talents with high quality.The education should pay attention to the cultivation of "craftsman spirit".Colleges should integrate the "craftsman spirit" into the whole process of education and teaching,strengthen the quality education,intensify the craftsman consciousness,carry out colorful campus activities to create the atmosphere of craftsman culture,grasp professional education,cultivate craftsman ability,take part in practice and practice the spirit of craftsman,and cultivate more "Chinese craftsmen" for "made in China" and "Chinese brand".
