摘　　要：为了让人们购买到可追溯信息的安全放心的食品,在查阅、整理国内外现有研究文献基础上,研究并开发了生鲜猪肉产品的全程可追溯系统。结合中国目前生猪饲养情况,专门针对生鲜猪肉产品的属性,提出基于RFID的全程可追溯系统。分析了生鲜猪肉类产品全程可追溯系统的工作原理,研究了可追溯系统的拓扑结构、系统使用者、功能模块以及系统实现的关键技术,针对生鲜猪肉类可追溯系统进行设计、开发,并通过试验案例分析验证生鲜猪肉类可追溯系统使用的快捷便利性。In order to make people purchase food that is safe and traceable, design the whole traceability system of fresh pork products on the basis of consulting and sorting out the existing research documents at home and abroad. Combined with China＇s current pig breeding situation, the whole traceability system based on RFID was put forward for the fresh pork products. The working principle of the traceability system of fresh pork products was analyzed. The topological structure, system users, functional modules and the key technologies of the system were studied. Design and develop the traceability system for fresh pork, and verify the quick and convenient use of the fresh pork traceability system through the experimental cases.
