社区教育课程开发现状与对策思考——以常州市为例

摘　　要：社区教育课程是推进社区教育的基本途径和主要载体。随着社区教育的不断发展,课程开发工作已从全面发动转入优化升级的攻坚阶段。江苏常州在社区教育的实践探索中起步较早,在社区教育课程开发方面积累了丰富的经验。本文主要以江苏常州为例,参照上海等地的实践经验,对当前社区教育课程开发工作的现状进行分析和探讨,发现社区教育课程开发在团队建设、需求分析、内容质量和规范标准方面存在问题,需要重视。Community education curriculum is a basic approach and a major carrier to promote the community education. With its development ,curriculum development has moved from the full-scale launching stage to optimizing and upgrading stage. Changzhou city in Jiangsu started earlier in practicing community education, so it has accumulated rich experience in curriculum develop- ment. This paper explored the current situation of curriculum development and put forward some countermeasures of the existing problems taking Changzhou city as an example referring to some practical experiences from some cities including Shanghai.
