摘　　要：通过调研,了解青年教师对专业教学的认识;了解青年教师在教学工作中的专业思想;了解青年教师在教学能力提高中对培养的态度;了解青年教师目前在教学过程中的行为;便于青年教师加强认识、端正态度、提高能力,意识到青年教师培养的重要性,也为学校在青年教师培养上,制定相应的政策和培养措施提供依据。Through the investigation,understand the young teachers' understanding of professional teaching;to understand the young teachers' professional thoughts on teaching work;understand the young teachers in the teaching ability of the training to improve the understanding of attitude;young teachers in the present teaching behavior for young teachers;strengthen the understanding,correct attitude,improve the ability to realize the importance of the cultivation of young teachers. For the school in the training of young teachers,formulate corresponding policies and measures to provide the basis for training.
