摘　　要：目前我国住院医师规范化培训在全国逐步大范围开展起来,而培训的质量参差不齐。本文结合多年的规培经验和体会,对如何进一步切实、有效提升住院医师规范化培训临床带教质量进行分析和总结,以促进高素质住院医师的临床培养工作。At present, standardized training of resident doctors has been carried out in a large scale throughout the country, and the quality of training is not satisfied.In this paper, combined with years of experience and experience in regulation training, how to further improve the quality of clinical teaching of standardized training of resident physicians is analyzed and summarized, in order to promote the clinical training of high-quality residents.
