搞好民航在职培训工作 发挥民航高校西部机场人才支撑作用

摘　　要："十二五"期间国家加快西部机场建设步伐,带来机场专业人才需求激增。作为民航人才培养的主渠道,民航高校为西部民航经济发展提供了重要的人才支撑。但由于多头管理、信息不畅、经费不足等因素的制约,学院对西部的民航人才支撑作用未得到充分发挥。建议建立联系制度、制定合作规划,加强信息交流、开展培训合作,加大资金投入、实施专项培训,以充分发挥学院的西部机场人才支撑作用。During the＂12th five-years＂ period, the demand for aviation professional talents increase dramatically with the rapid development of airports in western China. Civil aviation colleges, which run as the main channel of aviation talent training, provide the primary support for the development of western aviation economy. However, with messy management, shortage of information and funds, aviation colleges can not provide sufficient aviation talent support for western airports. So, this paper suggests that we should establish communication system, make cooperation planning, enhance information exchange, start training cooperation, increase financial investment and carry out specific training to bring the role of aviation colleges on talent support for western airports to full play.
