摘 要:以牡丹籽壳低聚茋类化合物得率为评价指标,采用单因素实验及响应面实验对超声提取牡丹籽壳低聚茋类化合物工艺条件进行优化,并对提取物进行抗氧化活性测试。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:液料比22∶1,提取时间40 min,提取温度62℃,甲醇体积分数70%。在最佳条件下,牡丹籽壳低聚茋类化合物得率为17.68%。所提取的牡丹籽壳中的低聚茋类化合物的DPPH自由基清除率与维生素C相当,亚铁离子还原能力低于维生素C。With the yield of oligomeric stilbene compound as evaluation index, the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of oligomeric stilbene compound from peony seed shell were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology, and the antioxidant activity of the extract was tested. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of liquid to solid 22∶1, extraction time 40 min, extraction temperature 62?℃, volume fraction of methanol 70%. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of oligomeric stilbene compound was 17.68%. The scavenging activity of oligomeric stilbene compound on DPPH free radical was similar to that of vitamin C, while the ferrous ion reduction ability was lower than that of vitamin C.
