摘  要:本研究通过溶液流延法制备了淀粉/层状硅酸盐黏土(LRD)共混物薄膜,考察了纳米黏土的添加量对薄膜的流变性能、水蒸气阻隔性能以及机械性能的影响。随着LRD的添加,储能模量G’和损耗模量G"均显著增加,且G’增速快于G"。静态流变特性表明,Herschel-Bulkley模型对混合体系具有较高的拟合度,并且高含量LRD下,混合体系具有更强的假塑性。X-衍射分析表明,当LRD添加量为5%时,LRD片层完全剥离脱落在淀粉基质里,当LRD添加量>10%时,LRD在体系中的分散并不完全,甚至出现聚集。LRD的添加增强了薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能,水蒸气透过率由0%LRD的1.595 g·mm/(k Pa·h·m^2)降低到10%LRD时的1.085 g·mm/(k Pa·h·m^2)。随着LRD添加量的增加,拉伸强度从0%LRD的8.987 MPa提高到15%LRD的21.180 MPa,而断裂伸长率从0%LRD的27.185%降低到20%LRD的8.008%。Composite films consisting of starch filled with layered silicate clays (LRD) were prepared by solution casting method. The effects of addition of nanoclays on solution rheological properties, film water barrier and mechanical properties were investigated. With the addition of LRD, both storage modulus G' and loss modulus G" increased and the increasing rate of G' was higher than that of G". The steady shear properties indicated that the shear behavior was well fitted with Herschel - Bulkley model. With larger LRD loading, the system was more pseudoplastic. X - ray diffraction demonstrated that LRD was fully exfoliated when 5% LRD was added. Higher content of LRD led to aggregation of clay layers. Addition of LRD enhanced water barrier properties and tensile strength of starch based films. WVP decreased from 1. 595 to 1. 085 g · mm/( kPa· h·m^2 ). Tensile strength increased from 8. 987 to 21. 180 MPa. However, Elongation at break decreased from 27. 185% to 8. 008%.
