摘　　要：国家鼓励高职院校与行业企业进行深度的校企合作,新疆农业职业技术学院的软件技术专业以现代学徒制为契机,积极探索校内教师、企业、学生三位一体的校企深度合作课程开发模式,通过课堂教学中的项目化教学、企业进校授课模式、工作室师带徒教学模式,有效提高教育教学质量,提升学生职业技能与就业质量,实现学校、企业、学生的多方共赢。文章就此展开叙述。The state encourages vocational colleges and enterprises to conduct in-depth school-enterprise cooperation. Software Technology Specialty of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College takes the opportunity of modern apprenticeship and actively explores the development of in-depth cooperation among teachers, enterprises and students model, through the project teaching in classroom teaching, business school teaching mode, studio division with only teaching mode, effectively improve the quality of education and teaching, to improve students＇ professional skills and employment quality, and achieve win-win situation for schools, enterprises and students. The artiele expands on this.
