摘　　要：研究生充分就业不仅关系到自身的事业发展,而且影响到国家充分利用人才资源的情况,也侧面反映了研究生教育体制、培养计划的合理性。市场经济条件下,随着研究生教育规模的扩大,就业形势也日趋严峻,本文结合国内外研究生教育及就业情况,从国家政策层面、学科发展和培养体制、导师素质、研究生自身原因、学校层面等分析了就业难的原因,并综合性地提出了一些建议和对策,为制定合理的招生计划、培养机制、就业辅导政策等提供参考。Full employment of graduate students is not only related to their career development,but also affect the country to make full use of human resources,but also reflects the education system,the rationality of the training program.Under the condition of market economy.with the expansion of the scale of graduate education,the employment situation is more and more serious.In this paper.combined with the domestic and foreign postgraduate education and employment situation,from the national policy level,discipline development and training system,teacher's quality,researchstudentsfortheirownreasons,school level and analysis the reasons for the difficult employment.and comprehensivelypresentssomesuggestionsand countermeasures,to provide reference for making reasonable enrollment plan,training mechanism,employment assistance policy etc.
