摘　　要：协商课程,意味着让学生参与、修改课程方案,激发学生学习兴趣和探索欲望,培养学生批判、探究、反思的意识和能力。"互联网+"时代基础教育开展协商课程,要从教师素养、信息化平台、课程目标内容与评价等多维度设计学习活动,以提升学生综合素养。The negotiation curriculum means allowing students to participate in modifying the course scheme, stimulate students’ interest and exploring desire, and cultivate students’ consciousness and ability to criticize, explore and re？ ect. In order to improve students’ comprehensive quality, the elementary education of Internet＋ era is carried out from teachers’ quality, information platform, curriculum target and content and evaluation to design learning activities.
