摘 要:服役动车组多次出现构架失稳报警。为评估报警时的运行安全,制定对应措施,组织了专项试验,采用轮轨力的试验方法研究构架报警时的运行稳定性和横向稳定性问题。通过将报警车轮制作成测力轮对,测试构架报警时的轮轨作用力和振动特性;通过建立仿真模型,开展计算分析,结合线路测试数据统计,综合分析构架横向失稳时的列车运行安全性。通过长期跟踪动车组车轮踏面磨耗状态,分析轮轨等效锥度与构架报警关系,提出了根据轮轨等效锥度实施动态旋修,减少构架报警的措施;结果显示:动车组构架报警时,列车有一定的安全裕量;在线路条件不变的情况下,轮轨等效锥度超过0.35mm后易出现构架报警,根据轮轨等效锥度可以评估服役动车组的横向稳定性,根据轮轨等效锥度实施动态旋修可有效减少构架报警。The bogie lateral instability has been occurring repeatedly in some service EMUs.In order to evaluate the running stability and figure out countermeasures,Field test have been carried out on railway,which was the first field test research of bogie hunting on the service line in china by use of wheel/rail contact force.Firstly the hunting wheelsets were manufactured into force-measure sensors,then installed on the initial position to collect the wheel/rail force and vibration as bogie instability increase.Secondly this paper presented dynamics vehicle/rail models to assess running stability when the kinematic natural oscillation appeared;also the comparison of field test and the simulation were presented.Thirdly,the wheel tread wear and the relationship between wheel/rail equivalent conicity and bogie hunting were investigated by the long-term field test in railway.Consequently,this paper selected the wheel/rail conicity as the preventive index of the wheel condition reprofilling to reduce bogie hunting.The research showed that the wheel/rail force result has some safety margin,and when the wheel conicity is more than 0.35,the bogie instability would happen easily.So monitoring the wheel/rail conicity to implement wheel reprofiling according to wheel wear is a feasible countermeasure to bogie instability.
