现代学徒制模式在本科院校人才培养实践中的借鉴与探索——以沈阳农业大学为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制是通过加强学校和企业的联系,以培养学生实践技能为主要目标的一种新型人才实践培养方式,对解决学生"就业难"和企业"用人难"等问题具有现实指导意义。主要借鉴了高职院校在推行现代学徒制中积累的经验并结合高等教育人才培养的自身特点,探索并发展出具有本科人才实践能力培养特点的现代学徒制。＂Modern apprenticeship＂ is a new type of practical talents training mode aiming to cultivate the undergraduates, practical skills by strengthening the contact of colleges and enterprises, which has realistic guiding significance to solve the problem of ＂employment difficulty＂ for undergraduates and ＂hiring difficulty＂ for enterprise. Combining with the natural characteristics of talents training in higher education, we reference the accumulated experience in implementation of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ in higher vocational colleges to explore and develop a novel ＂modern apprenticeship＂ for training of undergraduate talents , practical ability.
