医教协同条件下的医科院校研究生党建工作研究

摘　　要：医学研究生属于高层次医学专门型创新型人才,具有教育背景迥异、年龄不齐、入学后面临医疗改革、培养方式多样等诸多问题。而其中的党员更是具有精英性、独立性、分散性以及复杂性特点,这就增加了医学研究生党建工作的难度。笔者围绕党员自身建设、党员干部培养、组织建设等方面,提出可行性改进措施,以解决医学研究生党建工作中的问题。Medical graduate students belong to high-level specialized medical innovation talents. They have many problems such as different educational backgrounds, different age, medical reform after admission, and various training methods. Among them, party members have the characteristics of elitism, independence, dispersibility and complexity, increasing the difficulty of the party construction of medical graduate students. The author puts forward feasible mea- sures to improve the party construction work of medical graduate students in the aspects of self-construction of party members, training of party members and cadres, and organizational construction.
