摘  要:目的探讨叙事教育对提升护理本科生人文关怀品质的效果。方法在2016级护理本科生的护士人文修养课程中,以我国南丁格尔奖章获得者的事迹为素材开展叙事教育,让学生进行资料整理并书写演讲稿以作业形式提交,安排班级演讲预赛和学院决赛来评奖。在干预前后采用人文关怀品质量表对学生进行调查,并与未开展叙事教育的2015级学生进行比较。结果 2016级护理本科生人文关怀品质总分(t=3.297,P=0.001)、关怀理念(t=2.784,P=0.006)、关怀感知(t=3.752,P<0.001)、关怀能力(t=2.160,P=0.032)维度得分均高于2015级学生(P<0.05)。结论以南丁格尔事迹为素材的叙事教育有效促进护理本科生人文关怀品质的提高。Objective To explore the effects of narrative education on human care quality of nursing undergraduates. Methods Narrative education was applied in the course of humanistic quality for nurses. China's 73 Nightingale prize winners' deeds were used for narrative educational materials. Students were required to prepare a speech. Then a speech competition was scheduled for those students. Before and after the intervention,the humanistic care quality questionnaire was used to investigate the human caring quality of the students. Besides,results of questionnaire survey were also compared with students of grade 2016 who did not receive the narrative education. Results Students of grade 2016 had significant higher caring scores(t=3.297,P=0.001),caring concepts(t=2.784,P= 0.006) ,caring perceptious(t=3.752,P〈0.001),and caring ability scores(t=2.160,P=0.032). Conclusion The narrative education based on Nightingale's deeds can effectively improve the human caring quality of nursing undergraduates.
