摘  要:学前教育课程标准是规范学前课程设置和质量的重要依据。2017年,新西兰政府颁布了最新的学前教育课程标准,进一步凝练了四大实施原则和五大内容领域,并在每项领域下设置了具体的儿童发展目标和教师支持策略,为教师提供了理论依据和实践抓手。新的标准呈现出强调儿童学习倾向和重视工作理论的双重价值取向,凸显了尊重多元文化、重视课程内容衔接、保障利益各方充分和广泛参与等改革趋势。Early Childhood Curriculum Framework is the foundation for curriculum design and quality. In 2017, Ministry of Education in New Zealand published the newest version of early childhood curriculum standard. This standard further clarifies four implementation principles and five content areas. Also each area is supported by specified children development goals and teachers' supportive strategies, providing educators with theoretical reference and practical guidance. The new standard reveals that the newest version curriculum emphasizes children's learning dispositions as well as working theories. In the meantime, curriculum reform in New Zealand shows following trends including respecting multiculture, highlighting transition from early childhood period to primary education and encouraging the participation of people with different contexts and standooints.
