摘　　要：随着生命科学的发展和社会经济的繁荣,医患关系向着矛盾激化的方向发展,带来医学研究生人文素质教育新的问题与困惑。探讨分析当前医学研究生人文素质的养成需求,从课程教学、实践训练、文化氛围以及评价机制等四个方面,提出了改进和加强医学研究生人文素质教育的途径与方法。With the development of life science and the prosperity of social economy,the conflicts between doctors and patients bring new problems and confusion into the humanistic quality education for medical postgraduates.This paper preliminarily analyzes the requirements of cultivating the medical postgraduates＇ humanistic qualities and puts forward methods from the four aspects-the course teaching,practical training,cultural atmosphere and evaluation mechanism,to improve and strengthen the humanistic quality education for medical postgraduates.
