国际职业与教育分类标准视野下我国职业体系与教育体系之间的关系

摘　　要：职业体系与教育体系是相对独立又相互作用的两大社会子系统。由国际职业体系与教育体系分类标准的变迁历程看出,二者伴随发展,逐步实现了分类上的对应和标准上的协调。相比较而言,我国职业体系与教育体系仍存在等级、结构和内容的匹配偏差及由此带来的二者之间沟通融合上的问题。对此,我国未来职业体系与教育体系的协调发展应着力转变职业体系划分的视角与结构,理清教育体系的等级与衔接,重塑两者之间的关联以及构建衔接与贯通的国家资格体系。Occupational system and educational system are two social subsystems that are independent and interactional to each other. Seen from the changes of classification standards of international occupation system and educational system, both of them have gradually achieved the correspondence of classification and coordination of the standards. In comparison, the deviation of grade, structure and content existed in occupational system and educational system in China causes difficulties in communication and connection between two systems. In this regard, the coordinated development of vocational system and educational system in China should convert the classification perspective and structure of the occupational system, clarify the educational grade and connection of the educational system, reshape the connection between the two and construct the national qualifications framework system.
