摘  要:高职院校学生成长性评价贯穿学生入学到毕业的整个过程,新疆农业职业技术学院将学生的成长性评价作为育人目标达成度诊断项目之一。依据学生成长特点和发展规律,采用入学自我评价、学习过程性评价和毕业成果性评价三个阶段对学生进行评价,考察学生三年来的自我成长与进步。就如何进行学生成长性评价进行了详细阐述,为全校教学质量的全面提高更好地实现育人目标提供数据支撑。The evaluation of growth of higher vocational college students runs through the whole process from the entrance to the graduation. Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College regards the evaluation of growth toward students as the one of diagnosis program for education objective achievement level. According to the growth characteristics and developing law of students, we evaluate students by using admission self-evaluation, learning process evaluation and graduation achievements evaluation, so as to investigate the self-growth and progress of the students in the last three years. This paper illustrated detailedly how to carry out the evaluation of growth of students, aiming at providing the data support for the comprehensive improvement of teaching quality and achieving the goal of educating people.
